Forecasting and demand planning

Datup connects to Siesa to read sales and order histories, and converts them into actionable forecasts. FAQs

What is required to implement the integration with Siesa?
Integration with Siesa doesn't involve complicated configurations. Permission is only needed to view information or downloadable reports. On the client side, the collaboration of a technical profile that enables data extraction, and of a functional user who is clear about internal processes, is required. Datup accompanies the entire process to make it agile and hassle-free.
Can Datup read old sales, inventory and purchase data?
Of course it is. Historical sales, inventory, purchase orders, and production data can be imported to strengthen the demand baseline. The larger and cleaner the history, the more value planning AI provides.
Does the platform respect my current operating conditions?
No problem. Datup allows you to configure specific business rules such as lead times, minimum order quantities, replenishment criteria, and others. This ensures that decisions conform to your internal rules.
Does the tool respect the structure of products, centers or locations defined in Siesa?
Of course. During integration, the organization and coding of products, centers, locations and measurement units as defined in Siesa is respected. This ensures an accurate interpretation of the information and facilitates alignment with current processes.
Is it necessary to involve IT to connect Datup?
Not in most cases. Datup can connect using pre-configured methods or through information that you already have available. The Datup technical team is responsible for the support and adapts the connection to the technological environment of the business.
What information is synchronized and how often?
Key data such as historical sales, purchase orders, available inventory, product masters and lead times are extracted. The refresh rate can be configured according to the dynamics of the company: periodically or instantly if you use API. This ensures that decisions are based on up-to-date data.
Supply Chain Analytics
Datup integrates your data and uses deep learning to predict demand (95%+ accuracy), analyze your inventory, and calculate reorder points, prioritizing your purchases based on location and strategic products.
