Is your trade ahead or behind the market? Find out now

In 3 minutes you get your position in 7 key dimensions of the supply chain (forecast, technology, risks, inventory, organizational integration, AI and budget) compared to 172 real companies in LATAM.

Why does this matter

Most supply chain teams operate without a real external reference. You know if your forecast improved compared to last month, but you don't know if that number is good or mediocre compared to similar companies in your industry. You make investment, technology and process decisions based on internal intuition, without knowing if you are ahead, average or lagging behind the market.

The problem isn't a lack of will. It is a lack of comparable data. Traditional benchmarking studies cost tens of thousands of dollars, take months to produce results, and are often so generic that they don't say anything useful for your specific operation. There aren't many places where a Supply Chain Manager in Mexico, Colombia or Peru can be compared to companies of the same size and sector with real data.

This tool exists as a direct response to that gap. Instead of waiting months for an expensive study, you can get your comparative position right now, with data from 172 real LATAM operations, filtered by country, industry and company size.

What does it measure: all 7 dimensions

How it works

You don't need to prepare anything. Only answer what you already know about your operation.

1. Describe your company (1 minute) Country, industry and annual revenue. This determines what segment of the market you are comparing yourself against.

2. Respond about your operation (2 minutes) 5 blocks of questions about your current practices in technology, forecasting, inventory, integration with other areas and investment plans.

3. Read your position (immediate) You get your result in all 7 dimensions with a visual traffic light and numerical percentile, filterable by country, industry and company size.

No registration required. It doesn't ask for email. The results are immediate.

What you get

At the end, you see your comparative position built on 172 real answers from LATAM companies, not projections, not consulting estimates.

Each dimension appears with a three-level traffic light: ahead of the market, on average, or behind. Next to the traffic light, you numeric percentile exact. If your forecast accuracy falls in the 68th percentile, it means that you are above 68% of comparable operations in LATAM. If it falls in the 30th, you know exactly how much room for improvement there is and where to attack first.

The results are filterable by country, industry and company size. That matters because comparing yourself against all of LATAM is not the same as comparing yourself against similarly sized retail companies in your country. You can adjust the cut depending on what's most relevant to your context.

Who is it useful for

It's useful if you're:

  • Manager or Head of Supply Chain, Planning or Logistics
  • Responsible for evaluating or implementing technology in your operation
  • Part of a team that needs to justify investments with external data
